Founder & Director

Engineer with a post-graduate diploma in embedded systems and twenty years in robotics and automation. Her vision of a “NEO world of automation” set the company's course: global leadership through high-quality, innovative and reliable solutions delivered on agreed timelines and cost. She also chairs Enexio Power Cooling Solutions India and directs Swadhika Foods and AlphaFour Infrastructure.

Parthiban Perumal

Director

Twenty-five years in infrastructure and construction, with a post-graduate degree in finance and management and over 2.5 million sq ft delivered in Chennai. At BGR NEO he guides strategy and operational excellence, bringing IoT-platform and cross-sector experience from directorships spanning fintech, food processing, power cooling and infrastructure.
