What is the digital twin — what does “simulated first, built to match” mean?
Every line is simulated before it is built: the digital twin proves cycle times, buffer sizes and failure modes while the floor is still a drawing. The real line is then built to match and streams its telemetry back into the model. The risk is retired in simulation, not discovered at commissioning.
Where is BGR NEO located — and where are the machines built?
The head office is at Kurios Software Park, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai; the registered office and works are at Puduvayal, Ponneri Taluk, Tamil Nadu. Every solution is assembled and tested in-house, backed by the group's seven heavy-engineering factories between Chennai and Sricity.
What does turnkey scope include?
Design, build, install and commission — layout, machines, robots, conveyors, controls and software engineered as one project, under one contract. One team answers for the throughput number, on agreed timelines and cost.
