Omni-wheel diverter modules sit at every junction of the line: each carton is identified, tracked and steered to its lane without stopping the flow — 100 to 200 items a minute through a single spine.

Because the diverters are modular, the layout is composable: merges, divert lanes, reject lanes and recirculation loops assemble from the same building blocks and expand as volumes grow.

Sort destinations come live from your ERP, WMS or MES; the line reports every divert back, so the system of record and the floor never disagree.
